Welcome to FLASHIRO! These terms are a simple agreement between you and FLASHIRO ("we", "us") about using our app. By using FLASHIRO, you agree to them.

1. What FLASHIRO is

FLASHIRO is a discovery app: it shows events from around the world on a map, aggregated from publicly available sources. We help you find events — we do not organize them, sell tickets, or operate venues.

2. Event information — important

We work hard to keep event information useful, but we cannot guarantee it is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Dates change, shows get cancelled, venues move. Always verify details with the official organizer or ticket seller before making plans or purchases. FLASHIRO is not responsible for cancelled events, changed dates, travel costs, or any decision you make based on information in the app.

3. Tickets and external links

Event pages may link to third-party websites (ticket sellers, official pages). Purchases happen on those sites, under their terms — we are not a party to those transactions. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Your account

• You can browse FLASHIRO without an account. An account is needed for features like saving events and syncing your tastes.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information, and use FLASHIRO only if you are 13 or older.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu → Account → Delete Account).

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse FLASHIRO. In particular, do not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
• scrape or bulk-extract our data;
• use the app for anything illegal;
• impersonate others or submit false information (including event suggestions).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your submissions

If you submit content to us (such as an event suggestion), you grant us the right to use it to operate and improve FLASHIRO. Submit only information you have the right to share.

7. Our content

The FLASHIRO name, logo, and app design are our property. Event information is aggregated from public sources and belongs to its respective owners.

8. The service is provided "as is"

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLASHIRO is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that event data will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: zero).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, unless the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. *(Subject to confirmation at legal review.)*
