Help & FAQ

What is FLASHIRO?

FLASHIRO shows events from all around the world on one map — concerts, games, shows, festivals and more, updated daily. Open the app, and see what's happening around you (or anywhere else).

What are Global and Iconic?

• GLOBAL 🌍 — thousands of everyday events around you: concerts, games, shows, food, and more.
• ICONIC ⭐ — the planet's legendary events, the ones you see once in a lifetime.

Switch between the two anytime with the pill at the top of the map.

What is My Tastes?

Pick what you love (music, sports, food…) and the map puts it first: events matching your tastes appear in color, the rest stays discreet in gray. Change your tastes anytime — the map updates instantly. Tastes apply to Global events only.

Do I need an account?

No — you can explore the map, set your tastes, and use filters as a guest. An account (free) lets you save events and keep your tastes on every device. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.

How do I save an event?

Open an event and tap the heart ❤️. Find your saved events in Menu → Saved Events. (Requires an account.)

How does search work?

One bar, two powers:

• Type a city ("Paris") and Apply → the map jumps there.
• Type an event or artist ("Ed Sheeran", "Monster Truck") → matching events appear instantly; tap one to fly to it on the map.

What does the LIVE dot mean?

A green dot on an event means it is happening today.

Why don't I see any events in my area?

Try zooming out, widening your filters (categories, dates), or checking the Only My Taste toggle — if it's on, the map only shows events matching your tastes.

How do I delete my account?

Menu → Account → Delete Account. This permanently erases your profile, tastes, and saved events. You can also email us at support@flashiro.com from your account's email address.

Event info looks wrong?

Event details come from public sources and can change. Always double-check with the official organizer before making plans. You can also suggest corrections via Menu → Suggest an Event.
