Delete your FLASHIRO account

You can delete your FLASHIRO account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile, tastes, saved events and search history are erased from our systems.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

• Open FLASHIRO and sign in
• Tap the menu button, then Account
• Tap Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 — By email

No access to the app? Email us at support@flashiro.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and confirm, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, username, sign-in link to Apple/Google)
• Your tastes and saved events
• Your recent city searches

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple sign-in token. Data required by law to be retained (none at this time) would be kept only as long as legally required.
